Bio

Paul Lorei comes from a photography family but began his career in advertising. He learned photography from his father, a school picture photographer. In 1990, while in graduate school, Paul started his own business. Since then, his adventures have given him the rare privilege of photographing a president, a governor, an Olympian, a rock star and the pope. Yet, perhaps his favorite images will always be of family and children, often outdoors.

A gifted teacher, Paul has spoken to the Triangle Association of Professional Photographers, the Erie Photography Club and the Southwestern New York Association of Professional Photographers. He teaches photography and Photoshop classes when his schedule permits.

Paul has a BS in Marketing and a MA in English. He is a Certified Professional Photographer, a member of PPA & WPPI . He is married to Gretchen and has 5 children.
